    XS11 ad in local paper

    Just saw an ad in a local paper for a "1978 Yamaha 1100 fully dressed" for $1000. I called and the lady said it has a "big windshield and a box on the back... and 12,368 miles on it." She called it a big boy toy and says she is selling it because "they are just not using it anymore." I asked and she did say it was an XS.

    If anyone wants, I can run over there, scope it out and report on the condition. Its only a few miles away.

      Hey Marty:
      I'm looking for a full dress with saddlebags in running condition. I'd appreciate it if you took a look at it. I'm currently looking at a bike I found in cycle-trader. It looks pretty beat, and its kind of far (Milwaukee). Let me know what you think.
