  • Trade your special for a standard?

Anybody with a Special wants to trade for a Standard?
Anybody with a Standard wants to trade for a Special ?

This is without extolling the virtues of either - rather about change of taste. I've had both and am happy with either but.......
    Cheers,

I realy want a special myself but could never part with my 81H tourer. Call me selfish, but i want both.

        Sounds good.

I have a 78E that just needs bags to make me happy on the road,
then I could get a special or XJ, strip it down, and race around town.
        for now,

              oh yeah

That sounds like an awesome ride.

Perfect for gettin across town, fast!

              and one for the weekdays.

I agree with Wayne, I couldn't part with my '80-G tourer either. BOTOH, I'd love a "sporty" bike to zip around on.
