I mentioned this on the rally page, but it seems to have disapeared. Any chance of seeing some XS11's in Daytona this weekend? We're riding in from Tallahassee Friday morning, with the intention of camping out at the cabbage patch all weekend. Would be great to meet some other riders, and show off my new hard bags.
On a related note, I've got a big plexifairing windshield that came with my 79 xs1100 special, that I just don't want. I'd be willing to ride it out there if someone wants it, and possibly trade it for a case or so of beer. I'll bring tools and the brackets if someone wants it. Let me know so I can get it on before thursday.
Otherwise, I'd be happy to ride in or meet someone there if you're gonna be in town.
