    Indian Larry will be Missed

No doubt .. he was a throw back to OLD SCHOOL. The Builder he help was Billy Lane Of Melbourne FL. As for the Helmet issue,
Lets remember that in a few states A.B.A.T.E. looks sfter your rights and liberties as a biker. Here in ILLINOIS We have the choice of wearing a helmet or not ..... Its OUR choice. No dout it is a useful piece of safty equipment. I just feel that we are loosing to many of OUR freedoms and the choice of wearing a Helmet should be left up to US, the rider.

I agree totally that government doesn't need to legislate the wearing of a helmet. If someone wants to risk having their melon bashed open its their right to do so.

Plus bear in mind, the accident happened while he was standing on top of a moving motorcycle, which in itself is infinitely more risky behavior.
