Trying to reach Bob Story & site Admin

I have been trying to reach bobstory@edmc.net
concerning using his article, siting on this site at

here is a copy of my email to him:

Dear Sir,
I am a volunteer Tech Editor for http://forums.s-series.org/
I use the name Dougofthenorth http://forums.s-series.org/groupcp.php?g=15977
I am writing this request as one of our members has submitted an article for the “How To” section we are compiling, & I would require your permission before we would be able to post it.
Of course ALL credit & copyright would be respected & as well we would link in the article to your site & posting.

It was posted to the original site before my time and I have no info on it.
