    You know it, Jeff!

We have sugar so it's the new mother nature taking over.

I'm more than a little aggravated right now and my mellow has been well and truly harshed.

I wanted to get a shave and a haircut because my license expires in June and it needs a new picture this time.
Unfortunately, our beeloved two-bit pollytickshams have decreed that no one in California shall have a haircut except those same beeloved pollytickshams.

I may have to make a run for the border and have it done in Arizona before my birthday.

What a crappy thing Scott - so glad to read you are OK.

Rest up, and hope you can enjoy the XJ for a while.

        Thank you, Brian!

I still have to stock up on dog food along with bulk rice, beans and flour so I'll need a dubious combination of straps and bungees on the XJ with multiple trips instead of just one with the Harley.

I need a reliable and removable trunk for the XJ.

              Thanks, Ben.

Brian, if I had stuff delivered then I wouldn't get to ride my bike!

                Hi Scott,
Agree top box and saddle bags make trips to the store more fun.
But multiple trips means you get to ride more

I picture 50 lbs of dog food 25lbs of Rice and 10 lbs of flour. It would make a nice pyramid on the pillion and not weigh anymore than a cute chick

A pyramid is exactly how I did it, Phil.

I strapped it all down across the seat after I packed the soft bags with the other stuff like coffee, meat, cheese, sour cream, salsa and a bag of nacho chips.

Oh, and 10 pounds of pinto beans on top of that pyramid.

                      No. Idea.

I asked the guy and he didn't even remember why he decided to turn into the parking lot, just totally bluckin' ofibious.

The World seems to not want me to have saddlebags because they keep getting whacked.

I'm sore and lightly scraped and bruised but I'm still wearing a grin every time I wake up in the morning on the right side of the dirt and the Sun comes up at it's scheduled time on the correct side of the planet.

If this posts, it's the first in a LONG time I've been able to!
I'm thinking the cable company finally fixed the problems I've been having since my move.
Scott, how many live are left? You will have to ride up this way sometime soon. The people seem to know what motorcycles are, and the number of cars is about 10% of what you deal with daily.

I'm down to my last two or three lives, Ray, and I still haven't figured out the trick to always land on my feet....

A road trip would be great for this summer and I'm tired of getting baked ion the southern deserts, riding north would be cooler.
