      I’m so sorry to read about your fight with cancer. Sending some positives that direction. Hoping you do, indeed, have it licked.
      We need to get in a ride when the weather is cooperative and you’re up to it

      Took my bike around the block on Monday. First time I’ve been on it since my stroke. Was both joyous and terrifying but it felt really good. Looks like I’m good to ride now

      Keep us posted on your progress.
