I`am posting this here because I rode in a cage instead of a bike.I didn`t go through the place just scouting.What this is is a museum of vintage transportation.Saw serveral Ace in line 4 cylinder bikes in the lobby.Admission is $13 to go through the place.I think it would be worth checking out.For more information check out: www.wheelsthroughtime.com Good trip.

Thanks for the tip...I will have to do it in October....we usually the Classic Yamaha weekend in Suches GA, then spend the rest of the week in Cherokee, NC. Coming to the rally this year?

Thanks Bill, Gary's suggestion is exactally what I was thinking about doing. It would be a shame to miss it when we are going to be in the area.

The XS rally is the 3rd weekend of October right? You heard that TWO lost the airport campground right?

Things are not going good for me for now.I would like to come but the way things are going now I doubt that I will be riding my XS anywhere this year.I thought that just because I can`t go the least I could do was find a place that might be of interest to those that can.Take care.

Gary, I sent info to them for a room but did not get any confirmation back. Guess I need to call them.

Yes, it is Oct. 14,15,16.

Gary, I just called TWO and I do have room #3 for the 14th, 15th, and 16 of october. The room has one double bed and two singles and so far it will just be Marty and I. TC doesn't think he will be able to make it. I plan to go down on Thursday as you can see by the dates. The rally is actually Oct 15,16,17.

They did lose the Airport campground.
