    Could this be Legit?

    So with 10 11's in the garage I have reluctantly decided to sell ONE.
    I have had this up on and off for over a year had no one pulled the trigger and difficult to show plus no rush to part with it. Nice original bike original paint but far from a show piece 24k on the clock.

    I got a response from a Guy in Ireland who is very interested in the bike and asked very specific questions about it and very interested in the condition of the exhaust. I told him $800 cash only. He has a friend in North Jersey who wants to pick it up and ship to Ireland both left phone numbers. I am in no rush to part with it. Is this legit or what's the scam?

      Get the cash in hand from the guy in Jersey go to the notary so everythings legit, and bobs your uncle

        I agree, probably a scam! But with that said, have "friend" meet you at a bank for the transfer. US Bills only, verified by bank BEFORE bike goes anyplace. With that stipulation they probably will NOT show up.

          No, wait! You need to buy another one, so you have 11 11s.
          I would think if you got real cash and made sure the title was transferred you’d be fine.
          Or better yet 12 11s!

            My buyer was in Spain and sent me phony Money Grams. Still got 'em somewhere. Had them checked out before I got screwed.

                  Not much info there. Swedish Choppers? A guy from Ireland?

                  If it's legit the guy is a hacksaw artist as far as I can see.

                          Ha ha ha ha.....this guy is buying it for 800 and selling it for 400. I'm not that good at math but that don't sound quite right.

                          Give it a shot, just don't let him talk you into any stupid crap.

                            I think he means $400 per delivery..not the bike itself..just for delivery...Thats how i took it...

                              I've sold bikes to Finland, New Zealand and Australia, cars to Sweden and Austria. No problem just follow the basics, you get money he gets merchandise.

                              I went to look at what appeared to be a mint 79SF, it was not so I declined, then he says do you want to see some of my other bikes, sure says I. Man takes me to a hidden pole barn in the back of his property next to the river (bunch of junk yard dogs), I was not afraid. Go inside it's the size of half a football field and it's a sea of bikes all kinds and years of Yamaha mostly two stroke also a gazillian three cylinder Kawsaki Zs (I think that is what they were, Z bikes?). He had every size that was ever made, some I did not know ever existed, nearly all were 500 cc or smaller. What the hell do you want with these kawi two smokes, he says he sends semi trailers full of these to Japan and that's all he does. He has national ads for bikes all over the Americas and Canadia collects them up and sends them out to make a living.
                              He sold them for much more than I would pay, see ya.
