81 special for cheap, is it worth it

Just found an 81 special listed for $500. Pictures of it sitting in snow tell me $250. - $300. My Question is it worth it. I have an 80 G. Not sure of much is interchangeable. I'll check it out this weekend if it's still available

If the motor is free, and it's not TOO rusty/oxidized, should be worth about $300. If it looks pretty good, maybe $400. JMHO
