A lifelong (thus far) Cardinal fan, I've enjoyed cheering on the Northsiders this post season. Even when it looked for just moment like they were going to head where they belong in the fall (the sofa). the bar that i work at is a cubs bar...my bosses (the owners) are INCREDIBLE people, and they're PSYCHED. when the cubs are playing, it gets NUTS in the most jovial, fun way. people go APE****!!! i'm oddly enough a houston fan (SINCE THE NOLAN RYAN DAYS), and gotta pull for the hometown heroes (phillies), but man...i'm pulling for the ol' cubbies!!! What a great series so far! Not many picked Cleveland to win it all or be where their at. 24th in payroll at the start of the season too! This team is playing so well together and small ball too! Tito Francona what a manager! The Cubbies have a young team and will get theirs soon.
