  • Delirious from the ride

Was sitting here relaxing after being on the bike for 4 hours straight, thought I would look through the TV listings while having refreshments.

I see this title - " A Women's Rage" ... I pause, and for a very brief moment, thought about reading the little description about what this might be about.

Now sitting here laughing at the irony of that stupidity, and why in hell that for that brief moment, that would be a consideration for something to watch.

Good to laugh at oneself once in a while....at least I hope that's true. Or did that bike ride do something to my MIND!!!!

    LOL

OK, on to the Olympics, hurggggr ...hrummm, ya man.

It does something to your MIND

Hey now that you got things dialed in how about riding down to XSSE for Sept 23-24-25-26 Rally. There are 'others' up your way that make it. As Scott (who btw: rode 2,500 miles from Los Angeles to attend the XSSE Rally, then had to ride home) says these bikes can do more than you think.

Always great to get out an ride, especially when you get the great weather like you've had.
I wasn't so lucky coming back from Colorado & New Mexico. 105 F in shade then 110 F hot & humid in the south, but 11E ran great.

Trip down to Iron Horse isn't bad. One overnight each way in Beckley WV does it.

I am thinking about it - which means my mind is getting dialed in. Is the bike that concerns me. Tough old girl, but not really gone through by anyone experienced with an XS11 (meaning, I'm not)

Would have to juggle a few calendars items, but it may become a dream turned to reality yet!
