We became friends 15 some years ago.

Very sorry for your loss. I have a 15year old "Pound Puppy" that is quickly approaching the end. Our "Sandy" is a yellow lab I got for the kids from the local SPCA. She was huddled in a corner tiny and scared brought her home and she's been my pal too for 15 years. Licking my face when I'm under the car or bike and seems to know when I need the distraction. Sandy's rear legs not working too well anymore so she can't come up the stairs anymore but she doesn't seem to be in any pain or I would have had to put her down......
