    Thanks for the kind words about my galleries. The scenery is one of the reasons I live where I do; I enjoy getting out on my bike, ATV, and snowmobile.

    Just a note...over the weekend I added a new XS11 gallery, photos from last year's Lost in Da UP rally hosted by Eric The Red and based out of Houghton, Michigan. Near the end are a couple of old airplane photos I took on my way back at the Iowa Aviation Museum. You can get there from my Galleries page (link in signature) or the direct link is:

      Thanks for posting those pictures from DA UP rally. I still regret not going to that. Beautiful scenery and I laready know so many of the participants.

        Thanks again, Jerry-those U.P. pics are nice. The wife's been wanting to get to Copper Harbor the last couple of years as we haven't been past Houghton/Hancock together yet. You must have a taste for history as I've noticed you take pictures of written descriptions at various places-something I always enjoy about new places.
