    Hi friends old and new Its been a busy year
    managed to get to the USA this year but due to bringing mom had no days to ride the bike apart from one and it was too windy in Topeka and the carbs need cleaning in a ultrasonic cleaning bay as tick over was bad and my brother says he will do them for next year in his high school workshop
    cant wait till next year

    The old ones are the best 9000 miles from new and rising
    got a Honda VF1000f 1984 for the summer in the United Kingdom.Wow its Fast,Too fast for Me

    Somehow it doesn't surprise me that it was real windy in Topeka - it's just about smack dab in the middle of tornado alley. Now if you see a tin woodsman, a cowardly lion, and a brainless scarecrow.... that's windy.

    Are you here to stay, or just to visit?
    I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

      now home again in the UK

      a short stay but a nice break to get away

        I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

          did take my mum to Wamego to the Oz museum so yes i did see them

              Houston area

              some years ago traveling with my mum and, dad now left us this year ,we were heading for Houston TX a tornado wiped out new Orleans so we diverted to little rock and then went to see Elvis,s home, then st Louis gateway arch
              next time i get over i will try again to get to the space center
              if i remember its a long way from topeka

                It's about 700 miles from Topeka to Houston according to google maps. It's too bad Houston couldn't get one of the space shuttles. That's something I'd like to see. I think the nearest one to Topeka is at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, but that's twice as far as Houston.
