  • Hello all!

Just want to say HI to everyone and say thanks for having me!

Bought an '80SG a few weeks back and have already put over 3k miles on her! Also, I'm planning a full tear down and rebuild over the winter so expect questions and pictures of the progress I make. Am lucky enough to be joining a rad group of very knowledgeable guys in what's called the "Moto Dojo" so I will have some firsthand help, but I'm sure I'll still be asking all of you more than enough questions over the coming months. So, THANK YOU in advance!

    CHEERS!
XS1100SG "Lucy Ferr" - Build project. Biltwell Tracker bars, octy delete, rerouted breather hose, mini turn signals, bar end mirrors, TC's fuse block, TKAT fork brace. No fairings. No windscreen. No hard bags. More to come...eventually...

    Norcoaster welcome,
Best place to rebuild is in the dinning room.
I am also new to the forum but these guys are the best source of knowledge that have ever found working on bikes. Good luck on the rebuild.

                    Yep ...

Here in the Valley of the Sun, the highs typically don't consistently fall below 100°F until late Sept.

... But the high temp. has been known to hit the century mark in early Oct.
