I recently just started to visit here again after being away for a bit.Not really away-Last June while washing my Jeep at a car wash,I lifted up the hood and it slipped and I tried to catch it before it slammed my hand and wound up tearing 2 tendons in my right rotator cuff.Went for 3 months of rehab after spending 2 months thinking it was getting better. This year was doing some work on Moms property and couldn't raise my arms more than shoulder level.Got in a ride or two and was slowly healing(dont even know if I did further damage) When the latest mishap took place-I worked at a part time job washing dishes and fell on a concrete floor.Been sore for a week, managed to repair and ride my friends Kawasaki KZ 550 LTD,but is slowly healing up.Went again to ER with chest and muscle spasms but getting there, slowly but surely!

Once you un-can a can of worms, the only way to re-can them is with a bigger can.
