    Sorry so long, but I just had to post this because I thought it so freaking unbelievable how they get anyone to buy from them. We needed a new liner for our swimming pool, so checking around, these guys seemed to have the best price, but before checking out, I first had a look at their "Lifetime warranty":

    "Linerworld's Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions:

    For any reason, during the life of the liner, LinerWorld will supply you with professional grade patch adhesive to repair the liner for the low cost described below (shipping is not included):

    Year 1-5: $9.99
    Year 6-10: $19.99
    Year 11-25: $29.99

    The customer is responsible for completing the repair service. And if the liner is damaged beyond repair, or if the customer needs a new liner for any reason, LinerWorld will sell any liner listed on our website with a $10 discount off the sale price."
    Now keep in mind that a professional patch kit costs @ $5 at a pool store. They are double at least, plus you get the privilege of paying for shipping too! Then if the liner is complete crud, they'll take a whole $10 off next purchase. How thoughtful!

    So I went to looking at the "Terms and conditions" you must click on to agree with before purchase. They sell a "20 Gauge" and a thicker "25 Gauge" liner, but are they?

    " Liner gauge is considered as Liner World's description of what is good quality and what is better than good quality. More specifically, 20 Gauge means: Liner World's definition or opinion of what is good or average quality & 25 Gauge means: Liner World's definition or opinion of what is better than good or average quality. These are not mathematical definitions or definable for purpose of this agreement, except that it is Liner World's opinion."
    So your better "25 Gauge" liner.. probably isn't anywhere near 25mil (Gauge).

    OK, so you have any problems with your order and you want to speak to someone about it?

    " For efficiency, Liner World operates customer service through e-mail and not through the telephone. Customer agrees to correspond and resolve issues through e-mail and not by telephone. It is agreed that correspondence is not immediate but instead may take some amount of reasonable time."
    So after all of this and you've had a bad experience, your liner is not as thick as they promised or described, and you can't get in touch with anyone to resolve your problems and you just want to come online to vent to someone.. ANYONE.. that will listen? Don't forget that you've also agreed to THIS when you clicked "Agree" to the terms and conditions:

    "Any form of written, or verbal, negative feedback by customer, to any forum whatsoever, including but not limited to internet feedback forums, gives Liner World the right to sue and collect $50 per day from the date of initial feedback until such feedback is removed, in addition to attorney's fees. It I the purpose of this agreement to solve issues through correspondence first and then through a court of law and never through a feedback website or forum."
    LMAO.. Remember kiddos.. read that fine print, don't just click "Agree" and move on. I moved on.. to another source.

    Wait, I found some more nonsense! lol.

    If you are ordering / purchasing a pool liner you are doing so based on Liner World's definitions and opinions of the pool liner specifications. You agree to give Liner World the right to define these specifications, definitions, and declarations any way they see fit, regardless of the definitions, specifications, and declarations of the manufacturer, even if the manufacturer's specifications, definitions, or declarations are differing, or completely opposite of Liner World's definitions and opinions for the product being ordered.

      Arrrr! Ya got me! (thud) I missed that this was in the Lounge and I thought you were going to have one of your fule tanks lined!

      I think I'll shop around for pool liners too, thank you for the heads up, Tod!

        I am not a customer of linerworld(dot)com, therefore I am unable to leave feedback; lucky me! I have not agreed to their terms and conditions therefore I may publicly denounce their organization, so long as my argument is not based on unfounded slander.

        I would like to take a moment to share my opinion of the management of the business that is linerworld(dot)com:

        It is my opinion that the legal team at linerworld(dot)com are a bunch of deuchbags. The owner of linerworld(dot)com most probably is a fat "male" with a hideous wife whose almost-undetectable adamsapple dwarfs his tiny penis in comparison. Furthermore, I suspect the owner of linerworld(dot)com has many children who do not respect him or visit him on the holidays.

        Any correspondence between linerworld(dot)com and/or its affiliates and myself will be considered/ construed as an agreement with/to all terms and conditions listed hereafter:

        1.) The agreeing party acknowledges that they have no right to sue for losses, damages, or costs involved with any happenings from the entity that is phatts27. The agreeing party also agrees to pay any and all fees associated with legal dealings that may arise through the breach of this contract by either party.
        2.) The agreeing party acknowledges that on the first (1st), second (2nd), and third (3rd) Tuesday of every month, a check or suitable alternative must be made out in the amount of $900 USD to a charity or business or person(s) of the entity that is phatts27's choosing. Failure to transfer funding on the first, second, and third Tuesday of every month will incur a $300 USD "late-fee" for every instance of delinquency. Late fees may stack, but must be paid for within 2 weeks of each instance of delinquency. Late fees that have not been paid for within 2 weeks of delinquency will be considered as as a non-payment. All payments must must be made out to "cash" and must be able to be deposited at any time.
        4.) In the event of non-payment of late fees, the entity that is phatts27 May confiscate all visceral items belonging to the agreeing party and its associates. Visceral items may include but are not limited to car door handles, red blood cells, gold bars and spaceships.
        5.) The agreeing party acknowledges that these terms and conditions are part of a legal binding contract that cannot be cancelled at any time, except by the entity that is phatts27.
