Been gone for a long time. Quit my old job on the coast, moved, and opened a brewery. My free time is near non-existent, though I have started tearing into the XS with new plans (finally after 3 year mothball). Anyways, I just wanted to throw it out there that anybody that shows up on an XS is having a killer hand crafted pint on me. Brewery is right off of an AWESOME twisty route, HWY 175, and we do some pretty killer food as well. Might be a good rally stop. I'll probably be around here a bit as I pulled my head tonight to be surprised with 3 bent EX valves... Is geezer still sourcing stainless?

Hey, GLAD your back!!! missed yah, but I'll improve my aim. I will have to look up your site, as I'm going North Thursday morning. I'll be riding up to Redmond, OR. Thursday, and DuPont, WA. Friday through Monday. I will be back down Friday the 3rd, so I DO need to know the name of the brewery, and an address so WAZE can find it for me. I'll be on the bmw, as the wife will be waiting for me in WA and we will be riding North from there for three days.
I DO have a spare head or two, so let me know what you need. I can exchange a used valve for a pint!Ray Matteis

Good show!! I am sure that your experience 'tweaking' an XS will be a handy trait to have in your endeavor.
Best wishes on your new business.Mike Giroir

Once you un-can a can of worms, the only way to re-can them is with a bigger can.

Y'all might want to name your brewery sometime to make it easier for XSives to, you know, find it, unless that's part of the plan. Is your brew sold anywhere else?"Time is the greatest teacher; unfortunately, it kills all of its students."

OK, a little late but here are a few pics....

The name on the side of the building.
[IMG][/IMG]
Jesse at the bar. I'd be grinning too if I could drink all the beer I wanted to make!
[IMG][/IMG]
The wife bothering the customers! But, they love the attention.
Food looked great, and the beer WAS GREAT! I'll be trying to stop by when I have the time to go up. The roads are REALLY GOOD on bikes!

The building from the parking lot. The Cobb Post Office is on the right about 40'. makes it easy to find the beer!Ray Matteis

Right on! Thanks, Ray!
Jesse, the Lucky Dog Ale looks like it might be tasty but what about that sold-out Tart, dark ale?

Is this you? "16595 California 175, Cobb, CA 95426" Looks like less that a couple hours from Redding which is where me and the wife visit a lot. Will have to make this one of my fun stops for when I can't listen to my brother-in-law for another second.1981 XS1100LH
