  • Site Access Problem -> RESOLVED!

The fact that you can see this now is a good thing!

There was an issue with DNS (resolution of the xs11.com domain name to its real address).
If that makes no sense don't worry!

We have implemented an alternative method and it is working.
For those who also experienced random failures over the last few months, those should be fixed as well.

Everyone should now be able to access the site with no extra steps on their part.

We will continue to watch the site to ensure it doesn't need a 3rd web server electrical cleaning!

Some folks are emailing me they are still not getting the site. I think there is something you may need to do with flushing your cache or deleting cookies or something like that I will not be able to explain to them......

Their browser may not have inferred the www

I made the correction and now I am able to access via: xs11.com

People having issues may need wait for their provider to get the update.
A machine/pc reboot may help too.

Did the IP address change if so those who hard coded a definition in the hosts file need to change it.
To fix the problem one should not make more assumptions than the minimum needed.

Also, a DNS change can take up to 48 hours to get all around the web, longer if you're running your own DNS server.
