    fix a problem

    This can be made with an old tensioner. Remove all the parts, run a 3/8 tap through the body and make a square head on a 3/8 carriage bolt to the shape of the old plunger. Lock it with a nut, and then JB weld the lock bolt hole shut.
    Use anti-seize on the bolt/nut to seal it. There you have it.
