Its nice they ship quick but that is not the best part of who they are. The more important part is if you have a problem with what you received they are easy to work with and to me that's the most important part of good service.To fix the problem one should not make more assumptions than the minimum needed.

add me to the list of satisfied customers...less than 24 hrs after I ordered a new Dunlop 404 rear tire...it was sitting on my back deck...it got here so fast that their tracking hasnt caught up yet...now thats service...
