TC sorry for all you have been threw as I have had enough experience with things like this myself unfortunately. A few things to also do is get a simple will made up. It might be a good idea to get actual document made and filed also power of attorney so you have a defined date where you are in total control of things. People who do things like what was done to your mom can be revenge driven monsters. It pays to be a little over careful at the moment I was not and ended up in court in useless battles for 3 years. I pray for you that all improve soon my friend.
