Well
That just tears it, a really hot new Yamaha that's semi-retro and is reminiscent of the early XS.
I might be tempted into buying new but where would the fun be in that?
I mean, sitting in the shop rebuilding two machines with three more in the pipeline and promising myself that maybe next season I'll be done with both of the XS's so I can get some seat time or should I sell those time sinks off to buy a new rocketship that is way to much bike for my age and really isn't a cruiser with luggage space?
I'll have to pass, as pretty a bike as it is I LIKE to tinker and my age is a factor. I just don't have the nerve to ride like I did when I was in my 20's, 30's and 40's nor do I have the strength and reflexes.
"A man has got to know his limits." and I might be crazy but I'm not stupid.
I'll just stick with my time machines and enjoy the simple pleasures of riding them when I'm done refurbishing both.79 SF & 80 LG MNS

parts
They look quite similar don't they. I wonder if any of the OEM parts that we are fast running out of would be interchangeable?mack
