  • Free vetter Fairing, lowers,windscreens

Sold my XS, the guy did not want the fairing. Let me know if anybody can use it. Shipping cost is all I want, just want it to get used if anybody is interested. Has hardware, lowers, 2 windscreens. I'm in Warren MI. I can e-mail pictures.

I used to work with a guy named Bruce Heckert, in Slinger, WI. He used to give me a ride to work. He had a 55 Plymouth with a 292 Hemi in it. He would have to be close to 70 years old by now.

Not relative, but that would be a 392hemi, automatic WITH clutch for initial gear engagement and initial starting out .

My bad, it WAS a 392 with a 4 speed manual. It could break traction on asphault in 3rd gear. A real screamer. Wonder if this is the same Bruce Heckert?

Hi Bruce, what are you asking. I need the signals, reflectors and headlight hardware for a pacifico. Can you post pictures. I could use the windshields too.

Dammit Mack! I told you I have EVERYTHING but the headlight parts and the lenses for the turn signals which as I understand are the same as the stock lenses.

I know this Bruce. He has quite a way to go before he reaches 70.

Nope, not the Wisconsin Bruce Heckert. I go to the excellent Iron Horse (prior suches) Rally every year. Thanks Marty, not 70, wishing it was more than the 11 it is. This website was my lifeline in fixing up my XS when I had it and also has led to many good friendships over the years so wanted somebody on the site to have this stuff if they can put it to good use. Ideally I would like it all picked up and gone. I will post the pics shortly as soon as I figure out how to do it.

                          Vetter Fairing & Lowers

I ended up listing all of mine on Craigslist and sold them to a local guy that builds custom motorcycle trikes and I got $300.00 for all of it and no shipping.

Got my money back I paid for the bike.
