  • Is it just me or....

Has the motorcycle business been slow for the past couple years. I don't think I've offended a lot of people but maybe not...

I don't think I'm half as busy as I was 2 or 3 years ago...

Every time I've tried to order something from you like connectors or pins, you've been out of stock in what I needed. Still running your R/R unit though with no problems, so haven't had to order another.
Try your hardest to be the kind of person your dog thinks you are.

You can live to be 100, as long as you give up everything that would make you want to live to be 100!

We got all the connectors back in stock last fall but now we've run out of female bullet connectors again and because of the way things are going, I'm not sure when I can import more. It's been a constant battle to keep stuff in stock. I suppose part of the problem is letting people know when things are back in stock.

I know there are others in the bike biz here on the XS11 forums and I'm hoping to hear form them how the bike business is going for them...

It's not just the bike biz it's everything. The economy is so intercoursed up right now people aren't spending money on anything but essentials. I'm not nearly as busy here in the automotive biz as I was 2, even 1 year ago.

We're running over capacity on OEM Infotainment products. NAFTA SAAR was 16.5M last month (seasonally adjusted annual selling rate). That's near the peak of 17.2M before it crashed.

I hope the business comes your way too!

I suppose things are tough all over. It's a shame that when I finally get a really good employee, I had to cut his hours during what used to be the height of the season. Well he'll be in collage for a few more years and need part time work so I'm no SOL...

Hopefully things will improve next year...
