    So, I was tearing into my carbs today.. When I pulled off the right side cover, I found something very interesting. Apparently, my bike has more miles on it than I originally thought. Mind you, the mill only has about 35K on it, but still... At one point, someone really cared about this bike.

    150K? Plus whatever the PO put on it? sheesh, no wonder my U-joint was trashed.
    Anyway, I thought it was mildly interesting...

        Those label makers were pretty old school. I like the idea though. I keep a logbook on my cars and trucks. I have a hard time remembering what was when on the bike. I might just use sharpie or better yet chalkboard paint inside and carry chalk

          Remember using those label-makers? Yeah, they are definitely old school!

            Label makers...used those in grade school
            Good idea to on back side of side cover,might try something like that myself.
