Here's some pics. Carbon was very well received. It was like 90 degrees. Over 400 bikes. It happens every third Wednesday of the month.

Nice bike, please tell me it wasn't that midnight special that was in your photobucket pics... That looked like a nice MNS...
I really like the bike but the lines from the tank just don't flow into the seat for me. Did you have to mount the seat high to fit all the electronics, is that the reason it's so high? Any engine mods, cams of BBK?'79 XS11 F

If that last pic is what you are drawing in with the conversion it was worth a MNS....
Looks like a fun get together.

Backfiremoto
No the MNS is now the XSR ,another build. The lines are tough, to me the top line of the tank meets the seat, the bottom line meets the frame. JHW3, thats the attention I like too. I just asked for a pic with the bike, then she climbed all over it, imagine that. Jetmech thanks the rotors are EBC, stock calipers and pads.

I do like the bike in the other pictures. Looks good. Amazing what you can do with a special.
I'm loving those rotors. Next big paycheque, I'm in.

good looking bike carbon
I have to admit that look is growing on me. I am just not sure of how comfortable that is though. How does the bike feel and handle? On my Harley I have the drag bars and they don't bother me too mush on LDRs. I have a cruise assist on it so I can rest my right arm when I need too.2 - 80 LGs bought one new

Orange - I have those EBC rotors on Enterprise and while I did not weigh them last time they were off they are each at least a pound less of rotating mass (3 lbs total on front and rear). I am sure you can find specs from EBC perhaps?

been looking at those rotors
for quite awhile on Ebay. The cost has always thrown me off of them. Of course being the purist I am with my bike....
I do like the the look of those rotors though and the color was perfect for the MNS. I never realized how much weight difference there was though. May still be something I need to look at down the road.2 - 80 LGs bought one new

Carbon at the show
When the bike was at backfiremoto, I got a invite to enter Carbon in Seattle International Motorcycle Show. I put in the entry about a week ago. Then last night, I got the E-mail saying I've been accepted (YEHAA !!). Big show come this fall. Man I have a lot of work to do. Lots of polishing, putting in a big bore kit plus other stuff. I'm so excited.
