              Thanks folks,
Very little time around a "puter" this summer.
All the summer plans went out the window early. I managed to tear my right bicep off of my forearm on 5-24. Surgery on 6-3. Spent much of the time since trying to learn all sorts of new skills with the left hand.

Luckily I had a top notch surgeon that only works on shoulders and elbow issues. My searches on the internet about the procedure were nothing like the actual "improved" version, which I guess has been used for a while now. I couldn't get him to film the procedure...

The healing phase is just about over and the strengthening part begins. I can lift 5 pounds! Is said could get 80% of the strength back in the arm but I don't know what 80% is going to feel like.

              Time will tell.
              Thanks again folks
