  • A ride with MaximPhil

Phil has stopped to see us while passing through. I got to exercise two bikes at once!

We stopped at the Two Wheels of Suches and did the Booger Hollow run from there. It was a beautiful day for a 100 mile ride.

A good day for a ride

    Hello to Marty and MaximPhil,

Today was definitely a good day to ride. A little windy at times, but that did not slow us down. Rode with a friend of the Hogley Ferguson persuasion. We left Jasper and went to the Dawsonville/Dahlonega area and back. I then rode from Jasper to Roswell. A little over a hundred miles. A good day for a two wheel adventure. Temperature was somewhere around 65 to 70 and lots of sunshine.

Phil is Canadian. They don't work up there... They just play in the snow.

                Hey Marty,

Looks like the TWO is much improved by the looks of the front parking area and that bridge on the right. Any updates??

                Thanks

I spoke with Bill Johnston (the owner) while I was there with Phil. He will soon have 15 beds. Four cabins are due to go in very soon. The bridge leads to a new parking area.that is for cars. The place is cleaned up nicely and they're already doing supper on Friday night. The new bath house is finished and I expect it's nice, but I didn't venture in. They may hold a swap meet.in the.coming months, so watch for that. Just don't go there looking for the old TWO, because it's gone. A new motorcycle resort is there in its place and it's worth a visit.
