pod filter mod, what to do with the overflow lines

I am wondering what my options are for the lines that come off the carbs that go to the airbox. can i cap them off, or do they have some vital importance?
    thanks guys

Attach them to a smal air filter found at Auto Zone, etc.

Those are vents for the carb bowls, if you block them your carbs will hate you.

They do need to stay open. Most folks just tie them up to the frame area. Some folks put small filters on them to keep critters out.

One thing to add, it is best to keep them up above the carbys.

Once you un-can a can of worms, the only way to re-can them is with a bigger can.
