You should really try and make this rally Bob. I know you would enjoy it.

That ride to Clingman's Dome was a bust...while the ride up was cool riding into the clouds/fog and rain...once up to the top it was fogbanked so no views...even worse was the ride down to go to lunch... I dont think we will be returning there in the future...
      Hi Ben,
I was a few minutes behind you on that ride and had a completely different experience. Having stopped for the view I had a clear road all the way down. You got stuck behind some slowpoke.

        Sorry guys, you're right Greg.

        Look over me today...
I'm not feeling so hot right now.

I saw that fairing on that bike, and it looked like him from the back.

I'm pretty screwed up right now, recovering from this allergic reaction I've had to that sulpha antibiotic the Dr. gave me.

        Darn sure almost killed me.
They thought it had given me Stevens-Johnson Syndrome.
I'd never heard of it before, but what a gruesome way to go out!

Yesterday was pretty bad, but much better today.
Guess I wasn't seeing to well. Sorry for the stupid observations.

Hey Bob no biggie...hope you get better soon...FWIW the dude with his back to the camera does look like Tod a little...
Phil...I'm glad your experience was better than the rest of us...the road traffic was heavy and it was sunday to boot...i did enjoy the ride up and down the mountain but once we got onto that main hwy it was a creep for a good 12 -15 miles...I'm not complianing because i appreciate all the effort that jeff went through to plan this ride...and i can see how this road would be better to ride during a weekday rather than on a Sunday.
Also as you know the ride after lunch was awesome and made up for the morning ride...

              Thanks guys.

              Yeah, I'd like that Greg.
Please keep me in the loop.

We need to get together and do some riding before it gets too hot.

Ride your bike from PA down to XS Southeast without one and feel free to ask. That's right, I'm calling you out!

Tod rod from Ok to Mn and back on his naked SH. He said he wouldn't do that again.

I've done it too. That's why I ride behind a screen if I have one.
