            That may be DOT compliant from wherever your hailing from, but here in Canada that would never pass muster...

            ...(as here, we need a separate piece of twine for the legs and a vanilla ice cream bucket as a helmet for any child under three yrs of age riding on the rear luggage rack of a motorcycular ve-hicle).

                The Highway Traffic Act Manual for Canadians is pretty clear...I think once the child is over 4 yrs old they can pick individual flavors. (but have to carry an approved "warning gong")
