    Hi Tony,
"you are digging your grave with your teeth", eh?
The best of motivators:- lose 2Pi inches off your waistline and you'll have another inch of wang available for deployment.
And the best diet isn't really a diet; just switch your allegiance from grease to greens and eat no more than half of what you used to.
    Lost 25lbs since Sept. 4th.

I've been eating heather starting a few years ago when Poprock introduced me to the south beach diet. However since the move and me and the old lady splitting up, I've slipped up on the carbs.

I'm putting a stronger effort into dropping the carbs again. I sure miss bread even the healthy breads make me fat...

It's not a typo. I'm dyslexic and I have to sometimes take it on faith that the spell check gives me the right word. In this case it didn't. Now I'll go eat some rabbit food...

Tony, you beat me to the post, I was going to say you're just eating good quality greens per this Wikipedia info!

Heather is the common name for various plants:
The heather family, or Ericaceae, particularly: Common heather or ling, Calluna vulgaris

Calluna vulgaris (known as common heather, ling, or simply heather)[1] is the sole species in the genus Calluna in the family Ericaceae. It is a low-growing perennial shrub growing to 20 to 50 centimetres (7.9 to 20 in) tall.

Heather is an important food source for various sheep and deer which can graze the tips of the plants when snow covers low-growing vegetation.

Formerly heather was used to dye wool yellow and to tan leather. With malt, heather is an ingredient in gruit, a mixture of flavourings used in the brewing of heather-beer during the Middle Ages before the use of hops. The use of heather in the brewing of modern heather beer is carefully regulated. By law, the heather must be cleaned carefully before brewing, as the undersides of the leaves may contain a dusting of an ergot-like fungus, which is a hallucinogenic intoxicant.

Heather honey is a highly valued product in moorland and heathland areas, with many beehives being moved there in late summer.

                    Hi Tod,
nah, too many previous owners and very high maintenance.
And first, lose those 2Pi inches.

I have to agree with Trbig on this one Fred. I don't care how many previous owners/users nor how high maintenance. If things worked out right I would lose the 2Pi playing with that toy and if not I would have a very happy heart attack!
