        Nice looking use of a Moto Guzzi motor, and probably easier than trying to find a three wheeled Morgan in decent shape, not to mention less expensive.

          To answer the question "what the hell is this"
          I'd call it a "pencil cracker" or in other words something that was designed with a pencil in one hand and a crack pipe in the other.
          Must say I don't mind the look of the Guzzi 3 wheeler though.
