If you update the firmware of the hero 3 black... Not sure about the other hero 3s., you can set wide angle effect, to wide, medium, or narrow.

I like the wide angle it gives.

GOPRO just released updates for the app and and firmware for the camera.

It is so much better now. Using your android or apple phone, you have full file manipulation, as well as total control over the camera and settings.

your able to record stuff, load it to your phone, then upload to to whatever you want using your phone, all wirelessly!

Yes, I like these things so much I updated my post for anyone on the fence.
