    New Tires

Hi Guys, I just installed a set of the Shinko 712's on my 80 G. Nice and soft ride compared to the D404's. Got 7600 miles out of those. Drive like grandpa. Front tire went away due to sidewall dry rot. Don't get that at all. What kind of milege do you guys get with them? What average tire pressure do you guys run with full vetter fairing, saddlebags and top trunk? Are the Tourmasters any better? Got the 712's on sale for $115 delivered to my door from the Superstore. Happy 4th to everyone. Got to go back to work Monday. Gag!!

Use tire manufacturers reccomended max. pressure on sidewall. Likely will be 42psi. No need to waver from that cause of a fairing, etc.
81H Venturer1100 "The Bentley" (on steroids) 97 Yamaha YZ250(age reducer) 92 Honda ST1100 "Twisty"(touring rocket) Age is relative to the number of seconds counted 'airing' out an 85ft. table-top.
