Thing I want to know given the size of that, is why are you bending over it on the floor? Can't you just pick it up and put it on your workbench?

A guy I work with bought this at a garage sale for $45. The carb was running over and it had no compression.

Someone else (who had no clue) has been messing with it. Carb is jacked up and the head gasket (reused obviously multiple times) isn't sealing.

Ordered a brand new carb ($26) and a gasket set ($12) on ebay.

I'll keep everyone up to date on this build.

Ha ha.......50cc and that's not me, that's him. I'm taking pics and supervising.

15 minutes and the engine was on my bench and torn down. Didn't split the cases though. The only thing in there is the crank and it's fine.

                      It's gonna be a screamer.

Anyone got one of these things laying around we need a headlight bucket/ dashboard housing. It's broken from a previous crash.
