            Thanks Larry...very cool rebuild you did there...i especially like the rims...is that painted or is that the bare metal? On my '81 Streetfighter the rims had been media blasted down to the bare aluminum and left that way. I just dislike the black painted rims...ugly and they never look clean.

              Thanks, I re-polished the outer ring then painted them silver so they wouldn't corrode. I was inspired to do them that way after I got them down to bare metal. Which as everyone knows wasn't easy.

                Media blasted down to the bare aluminum...not painted or even clear coated...just loved the look...wish i still had this one... this was my '81 Streetfighter... How many extras or mods can you find on this bike???

                  I'm going to say 8 that are visible without going into the engine or pulling the body work. Nice looking bike I might add. Looks very comfortable.

                      You haven't seen my XJ since I did a bit of a redo to it. How many extras or mods can you find on this one??? Not counting the heavy duty clutch or the transmission work

                            extra gauges and dash shelf
                            engine crash bars
                            hydralic clutch
                            all add up to one very sweet XJ

                              You have a sharp eye, that's most of it.

                              You missed the...
                              Pods with velocity stacks.
                              Horns are hidden behind the windscreen.
                              Custom cover plate below the right side cover, it hides the rear master.
                              Standard valve cover on a XJ engine, no YICS on it.
                              No YICS on the alternator cover. I machined it out and made an insert out of aluminum to take its place.
