  • The New Bucket

Is anyone else having any issues with the new photobucket or is it just me. I am having a hell of a time viewing what I uploaded and then to post them, when I want to view certain pics I just get a grey spot where the pic is supposed to be.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to where to reload all of my pictures that will give me similar service to what the old bucket had.
If so how would I link any pics I previously posted in order to not loose them on the site. The new site is such a pain!!!!

On Photobucket, just click on library and all your photos will be there, then click on IMG code and copy/paste the photo(s) to here.

I click on Library and none of the photo's I uploaded show. The only way I can even find them is to open recent activity and then click on one pic that shows of the several I uploaded. Even then it is maybe a 25% chance of it showing my pictures and 75% chance of it being a bunch of grey screens where the pics are supposed to be.
Interesting to hear about using Google chrome as that is the browser I was using in the garage.

On the new PB when pics automatically upload from my phone they show up at the top in the "library" screen, but when I upload pics from a computer they for some reason are at the very bottom of all the pics. Unfortunatly it is kind of a pain to get to the bottom now...

When I log in it seems to load an older version that isn't as fussy.

Thanks Nathan, that is exactly where I found them. Scrolling down through 597 pictures to find the ones I just took is plain time consuming and STUPID.

                        Hi Resputin,
yeah, if they improve it any more it'll be totally unusable.
My main problem is that it's now slower than a bastard.
I turned it on and wondered WTF all my photos had gone but what seemed to be a long time later their new and improved front page finally finished loading to show a heading list that showed them.

I wonder if it is something in the settings of the new bucket that post the pics at the bottom. If I log out and go back in later the pics that I just loaded are not grey boxes but an actual picture is there. They are still at the bottom of the gallery. What a pain if you want to quickly shoot a pic and post it to send to someone or post as help for a question. The gallery loads very slowly so to go down almost 600 pictures to get to the one you want to post takes 4 to 5 mins at best. New and improved with twice the advertising length and content to boot, is a joke.

                            Hi Rasputin,
Have you created folders? I start witha folder then upload into it that way you do not have to scroll though ALL your pictures to get to them.
Mine works in Google chrome but not as intuitive as previous generation.

Yeah, but if you put the photo into a folder AFTER you have posted a pic somewhere then the image will no longer show beacause the link to the pic will change.
