Model your exhaust system in real life with plastic.

I happened upon this the other day and it is incredible. If anyone has a kit that they would let me borrow I would be your friend for life :P

Icengineworks complete exhaust fabrication systems allow you to go from concept to completion of custom headers, turbo manifolds, and full exhaust systems.

Basically this kit ($500-$1600) gives you a bunch of plastic bits in a specific radius and diameter that you snap together and twist to model your custom header/turbo pipes in real life. Then you use some jigs to cut them perfectly.

If I had the coin/shop there is no question that I would buy this.

    Hey Robert,

That looks like a nice tinkertoy setup, but not for some $500 !

Here is a thread of a project I undertook a little while back, has info regarding the size and type of pipe you would need to fabricate your own headers/pipes!
