    It is nice

Mo, I did that ciciut around the island back in 91. Too bad I wasn't on a bike though. I was driving a scenic route up to Labrador and felt obliged to take some detours, it's so pretty. What you couldn't see on the video is the fields of wheat and tall grass that dance in the wind. really something to watch how the wind twists and swirls, making the grass stand up, then lay down then swirl and move off in a zig zag pattern. I spent a half day mezmarized watching it. I'd do it again on a bike in a heart beat. If my daughter gets better maybe I can break away and you and I and a few of the members can do the trip.

      Hi slow mo,
go for it! The Cabot Trail is only a part of the Cape Breton experience.
      Visit the rebuilt Fort Louisburg.
Talk to the re-enactors about how folks lived in the 17th Century.
      Be happy you didn't.
      Visit the coal mine museum.
Talk to the retired miners about how they lived.
Feel the urge to join a trade union and torch the houses of the rich.
Visit the Alexander Graham Bell museum.
Look at all the neat stuff Bell invented.
Realize that Edison was not alone.
Stop at a local restaurant and eat a whole lobster.
The hard part is having to leave.
