      umm 40 grit on a da sander will take that sap right off. maybe a little rough on the paint though.

        +1. I use that stuff on anything sticky. I just had surgery, and had to use it on my face to get the tape adhesive and the sharpie marker off that they used to identify where to cut me open. Worked great, and smelled citrus fresh!

          but this works really well,
          have used it on the bike with really good results
