I've drank a lot of that Heinekin dark as well and agree with you. Not too heavy. Only place to get it here, though, is the liquer stores since it's higher alc. % than the 3.2 the stores are allowed to sell here. It's about $8.50 for just a 6-pack here, so my tastes wandered elsewhere.

I didn't think 3.2% existed any more, unless you drink Miller Lite.

      I had no idea!

Geeze, I do recall the days of 3.2% beer and 6% beer. Of course, in those days anything over 3.2% was marketed and considered 6%, so 3.5% was sold as 6%. But in those days, around here anyway, you could buy 3.2% at 18 but had to be 21 for 6%. By the time I was 18, the law had gone to 19 to drink beer. I was also unaware that anyoen still made a 3.2% beer. Of course, these days, to get the federal money for road improvements, Ohio has gone to 21 to drink alchohol period.

Why do you think Greg gets so loopy every time we take him to other states? He isn't ALWAYS like that you know.. Well.. umm.. Never mind. I might be wrong on that one.

I don't deny it, that first night there at IH I got kinda wobbly and had to head to the tent.

When I lived in Texas I was used to it but I've become a bit soft in that area.

We used to call 3.2 beer, Training beer. I wonder if the alcohol percentage is different than here in Canada as Rainier is only 5% here, as are most of our beers, unless you get the strong version which is usually about 6.6%. That is of course not counting any specialty beers, just the normal every day Bud type beers.

I was going to check tonight when I was at the liquor store what was the highest we have available. I forgot, too much of a hurry to have my Rainiers I guess. After work tomorrow I will check, If I remember

                    Hmmm...

I can't get either of those links to work.. either by clicking or copying and pasting. (And yes, I took the arrows off the beginning and end.)

I will have to try the Sam Adams Utopia though. I think Nate should also. In a Utopian world, one would never dump their bike in a parking lot in front of the cops. Or in front of people that would give him crap about it from now on...

I went to a big liquer store yesterday that sells many different kinds of beer. I asked about the Sam Adams Utopia and he said that there were a total of FOUR bottles shipped to Oklahoma last year, and that they went for over $100 a bottle?
