The whole story is fishy to me. 1. the bike was covered and the workers thought it was a couch? 2. Don't they separate trash? Since when does a bike take the same shape as a couch? I tend to think it was swiped by someone stupid, when confronted made up a lame story and played even more stupid. Granted I don't know the situation. Even with a claw to pick it up, wouldn't you look to see what it was? I think someone is going to be charged at some point.81 HComment

Depending on the states or localities provisions, small claims may cover the cost of the bike and no attorney needed in small claims.
