    Auto issue of interest

    Looking for an SUV type vehicle for my daughter, mostly the 2000 era vehicles for price purposes. Was looking at a 4runner and got to thinking, this feels just like a Tacoma with a boxed in bed. So...wondering if the frame is the same and subject to the rust issues of the Tacoma recall. It is a 2002 we were looking at.

    Either excellent choices for dependability and low maintainence. No idea on the re-call, but both aboard same chassis with independant on rear of Runner.
