THAT WAS AWESOME! I would have to be 35 yrs younger to even think about those speeds. Even then I would think I would have chickened out before they did. Can you imagine how well they must know that road to go those speeds on it? Some of the times I saw them a wee bit out of control I know I would have crapped my drawers. Maybe that is why my XS's are my favorite ride. I can run them all out but yet not have so many sphincter tightenings that I still have a seat. Of course the seat does have a bruise here and there over my riding skills and the speeds the beauties are capable of.
It is also important to note that this was done on a closed race course as opposed to that idiot from BC who finally was charged with doing 300KPH.

I copy you loud and clear Rasputin. AAHHhhh, to have the the youth, strength, and skills to compete at that level must be awesome.
In my opinion the Isle of Man TT is the true test of man and machine. Sadly Yamaha didn't win this year.

Balls is the folks standing NEXT TO THE ROAD on those curves!!! WTH!

Watching the rear end squiggle coming down at 190mph would be enough to keep me out of it.

          Thanks for sharing though.

The world's deadliest race...but its such an adrenaline rush just to watch it...I know some folks on one of the ST forums that are planning an organized trip next year to see this race...must be nice to have that kind of scratch...so to say. I love watching this at home and prolly see more than those crazy spectators will...as tv and aerial coverage gives you alot more than a standing spectator gets...unless they bring a nice TV with them...LOL
Even if I had the youth and vigor to do this... I doubt that I ever would...

I think I would have to have the "fear reasoning" section of my brain removed before attempting that. Truly awesome to watch!!

I'm a day or two behind here, computer crashed, anyway I have followed the TT off and on since about 1970 and I have never quite seen the action that good as the first video. The most impressive part was the guy duing about 150mph and cornering with the front wheel off the ground, actually making the corner with his weight, lean and throttle. Totally awesome. In the second video, you were right about the narrator, the only complete sentence I understood was " Oh, look how fast he is going." But when I turned off the sound, I found myself in my office chair leaning with the bike in the corners!!! I kinda got into it!! fun.

Two places I would love to see MC racing. Isle of Man TT (for time trial, they are after all racing against the clock).
Bonneville Bub Motorcycle speed meet (happening right now I believe.)
Planned to go to Bonneville next year, Isle of Man would be a little tougher.

I must have a hearing problem...I was understanding every word he said.

At those speeds you would need to have the track completely memorized. No hesitation on your turns or you will be slamming into those walls ... or a spectator or two.
