Tod, those were some good Memories! That was an awesome trip. Actually I was pretty close to there when it happened.
Needles to say its going to be a while before I get her back on the road. Even my old man wants me to get her back on the road. Although, now that I am out of school and working, I have some more availability to ride with everyone until I go active Navy.
On the bright side, this accident is giving me the excuse to really clean up my bike. I needed to adjust the valves, replace the clutch, and many other things to the bike. And I had just put on new tires!
As a tribute to our bikes, the bike that hit me is in real bad shape. My bike fired right up after the accident. Thought that was cool. On a side note, I finally appreciate the 4 way flashers that were added on the 80 models.
