  • Superglue & Baking Soda to the Rescue!

    I love this tip!!!

Our youngest kid is back home 'temporarily' and was walking by my wife's car when he slipped on the wet grass. He fell against her drivers-side mirror and broke it completely off the car.... It had been damaged once before, cracking the mount, I was sure that was the end of it...

Then I remembered the Superglue trick! Pulled the bits off, applied the glue liberally while dusting the joint with soda for reinforcement. Good as new, back on the car! $2 for the glue!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Youngest boy busts his a$$, and all Steve cares about is the mirror...

Tell him to stay out of your liquor stash next time.
Try your hardest to be the kind of person your dog thinks you are.

Yet to try that method. Someday I will give it a try on something.

As to the falling, that has always been my response when the kids fall since they were about 2 "You did not hurt my floor did you? You hurt my floor and your in trouble!!" Alot less crying when they are concerned about the floors condition more than their own.
Life is what happens while your planning everything else!

When your work speaks for itself, don't interrupt.
