  • Another what fairing is this thread

Yep the title says it all. I am trying to identify and classify this fairing. I may be looking for another windshield for it and want to see what is available.

Thanks in advance as I know that someone here will be able to help.

Ray. Yours look very similar in design to this one. A pic of the console area may help a bit. If I had taken one of mine I would have posted it, but I was not thinking so well then as picture taking takes ALL of my skills at once...lol.

The ID plate that is on the one I showed is.

While you have the Fairing gods interested I hope you do not mind if I add one that needs Identification. Not trying to hijack your thread, just hanging on to your coat tails.

The bike in the starting post is an 1977 XS750 2D. I love the look of the fairing and am mounting it on my XS 1100. It says yamaha on the tag. So far I get that it is a "Rare factory fairing" LOL I like that part, but am still attempting to classify, seems to be a pacifico just not sure of the model.

It looks about the same as all the others just the fairing itself is a little different.

Save that bottom piece and someone can make you one.
